Formación

• Experience in construction defect, insurance defense, or personal injury defense is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and defend construction defect litigation involving contractors and stakeholders.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations and settlements.
• Handle cases involving commercial properties such as schools, offices, and condominiums.
