Stealth Law Firm in Dallas seeks an attorney with a primary focus on construction defect and related litigation to join their full-time practice. The role involves handling construction defect, premises liability, wrongful death, and other high-stakes matters for corporate and insurance clients.

The candidate will develop case strategies, manage cases from start to finish, draft pleadings and briefs, and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction defect or related litigation.
• Background in premises liability, wrongful death, environmental/toxic tort is helpful.
• Strong litigation and case-management skills required.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
