Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Construction defect experience is preferred but not required.
• Must reside within driving distance of the central Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Conduct and oversee discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and judicial reference proceedings.
• Evaluate and negotiate settlements.
