Job summary

Nabholz Construction Services is seeking a Lead service craftsperson to plan, supervise, and execute construction projects across commercial buildings and related facilities. You will manage crafts teams, materials, equipment, and subcontractors while upholding safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on leadership and adherence to Nabholz policies and procedures. Applicants should have formal apprenticeship completion and relevant training, with the ability to

Qualifications

• Must have completed an apprenticeship or equivalent technical training.
• Experience coordinating schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ability to work in noisy and extreme environments and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all job aspects, including method, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedule.
• Maintain liaison with owners, engineers, project manager, and subcontractors to ensure conformance with drawings and specs.
• Ensure safety, client satisfaction, quality, cost control, and timely delivery on projects.
