Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in business development
• 3+ years in construction project management or related construction role
• Strong understanding of design-build and construction lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies with senior leadership
• Identify new project opportunities via market research, networking, and client engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers, and industry influencers
• Lead strategic pursuit plans and support go/no-go decisions
• Partner with preconstruction and operations to understand client needs and craft solutions
• Oversee proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials
• Track opportunities, client activity, and market intelligence in the CRM
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities
• Provide leadership and mentorship to BD team members
