Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in corporate research, affiliate relationships, data monitoring, and/or database maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in research tools and online databases.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with IC S team members and administrative departments.
• Familiarity with Dunn & Bradstreet and corporate affiliate concepts is beneficial.
• Experience in law firm, legal research, or library environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update conflicts database records with a focus on corporate tree information.
• Research and link parent and child company clients for accurate entity mapping.
• Monitor mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions from multiple sources.
• Assess how corporate activity impacts conflicts data.
• Update records in response to corporate structure changes.
• Collaborate with IC S team to resolve data discrepancies.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance and Firm Intelligence to align data across systems.
• Assist with quality control to identify and fix gaps or inconsistencies.
• Support Intake & Conflict Services operations as needed.
