Qualifications

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with IC S team members and administrative departments.
Familiarity with Dunn & Bradstreet and corporate affiliate concepts is beneficial.
Experience in law firm, legal research, or library environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update conflicts database records with a focus on corporate tree information.
Research and link parent and child company clients for accurate entity mapping.
Monitor mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions from multiple sources.
Assess how corporate activity impacts conflicts data.
Update records in response to corporate structure changes.
Collaborate with IC S team to resolve data discrepancies.
Work cross-functionally with Finance and Firm Intelligence to align data across systems.
Assist with quality control to identify and fix gaps or inconsistencies.
Support Intake & Conflict Services operations as needed.

Maintain and update conflicts database records, focusing on corporate tree information including parent-subsidiary and affiliated entity relationships
Research and link parent and child company clients within the conflicts database to ensure accurate entity mapping
Monitor mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions through multiple news sources and research tools
Assess the impact of corporate activity on existing conflicts data
Update database records in response to corporate structure changes
Collaborate with IC S team members to resolve data discrepancies
Work cross-functionally with Finance and Firm Intelligence stakeholders to align firm data across systems
Assist with quality control reviews to identify and correct gaps or inconsistencies
Support broader Intake & Conflict Services operations as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or any combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties of the position
Minimum three (3) years of experience in corporate research, identifying affiliate relationships, data monitoring, and/or database maintenance
Strong proficiency in research tools and online databases
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize large volumes of data accurately
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with IC S team members and administrative departments
Strong commitment to client service, ethical conduct, and firm values
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in remote, hybrid, and in-office environments
Experience in a law firm, legal research, or library environment
Prior experience in a conflicts or risk management role beneficial
Familiarity with Dunn & Bradstreet as well as concepts of corporate affiliates and Global Ultimate Owners beneficial
Familiarity with legal conflicts software (e.g., Intapp), financial software (e.g., Aderant), or enterprise database systems
Knowledge of corporate structures, entity types, and M&A transactions
