• Work directly with Conflict Attorneys to analyze conflict check inquiries related to Firm-wide new business and conflicts of interest.
• Prepare and obtain conflicts waivers.
• Monitor and review new intake forms to ensure party information is correct and complete.
• Gather information from internal/external databases and involved attorneys to conduct factual research on prospective clients and relevant parties, determine conflict status, and provide risk assessment.
