Qualifications

• 5+ years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm.
• Proven analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify ethical and business conflicts of interest in new business intake.
• Conduct research and analysis of potential conflicts of interest for new matters.
• Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for firm partners.
• Review new business intake forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Review engagement letters and maintain engagement letter records.
• Ensure timely processing of new business requests.
• Coordinate with GC, leadership and Intake Compliance on conflicts and risk matters.
• Employ risk management processes and procedures.
• Support training on new business intake and conflicts processes.
• Contribute to improvements in process, procedure and technology.
• Implement assigned projects and initiatives.
• Identify and support customer service needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
