Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a Conflicts Analyst for their offices across Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York or Washington, D.C. This six-month temporary role allows fully remote work within reasonable commuting distance to an office.

You will perform conflicts research, data validation, and record-keeping, supporting attorneys and staff with timely reviews and reporting. A fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and collaboration awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a conflicts analyst, preferably in a large law firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication; accurate grammar and spelling.
• Experience with conflict databases and client matter openings.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflict of interest research and validation for new business intake.
• Conduct conflicts checks on incoming lateral attorneys and update records.
• Enter and maintain records in the conflicts database; produce daily reports.
• Collaborate with Business Intake and Accounting to open or reopen matters.
• Review and audit conflict submittals and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
