Job summary

iQuasar LLC seeks a Configuration/Logistics Program Analyst to support the PMS 392 program at Washington Navy Yard, DC. This contract role requires planning, tracking, and reporting of logistics initiatives, with emphasis on CM/ILS processes and DMSMS considerations.

Responsibilities include audits, configuration status accounting, briefs to leadership, and collaboration with Navy stakeholders. Travel up to 10%, security clearance a must, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent Navy experience

Qualifications

• DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or five years of Navy business support experience in lieu of degree.
• Five+ years of Navy logistics procedures and systems experience.
• Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of CM/ILS processes and tools.
• Experience with CDMD-OA, Aras, OMIS, ESRS, eCANNAB databases.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, track, execute, and report program initiatives and actions.
• Support CM program audits, supportability assessment reviews, and technical reviews.
• Monitor configuration status accounting and logistics metrics for submarine platforms.
• Coordinate CM/ILS product deficiencies with providers.
• Prepare and deliver briefs on logistics issues, risks, and mitigation.
• Participate in DMSMS and Obsolescence Management IPTs/WGs.
• Provide QA feedback on ESRS/DMSMS and ILS documentation.
