Job summary

Integrated Program Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Program Analyst, Journeyman with a logistics background at Patuxent River, MD. The role supports sustainment efforts, coordinating ECPs, and managing hardware deliveries across IPTs.

The candidate will compile data, prepare briefs and reports, and communicate with government and non-government stakeholders. U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree and 4 years of experience or substitutions as described.
• Proven data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainment by coordinating and tracking ECPs and hardware deliveries.
• Monitor procurement actions, including cost, schedule and technical challenges.
• Engage with IPTs and stakeholders to ensure proper requirements and support.
• Perform data documentation, analysis, and reporting for the program.
• Prepare briefs, point papers, and correspondence for internal and external use.
• Coordinate, track, and monitor Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
• Support programmatic data calls and analyze schedules and budgets.
