Crescendo Solutions LLC is seeking a qualified Logistics Analyst to support U.S. Navy weapon-systems sustainment and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) programs. Employment is contingent upon successful contract award and funding.
The Logistics Analyst performs tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon-systems supportability and maintainability programs and information systems. The role supports Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) analysis, and end-to-end supply, acquisition, and life-cycle activities for NAVSEA and related DoD programs.

Responsibilities
- Perform technical evaluation and identification of weapon-systems logistics requirements and resources.
- Develop logistics support and maintainability programs and plans.
- Conduct systems-acquisition requirements analysis.
- Perform budgetary, financial, and life-cycle cost analysis and control.
- Support weapon-systems hardware and software standardization and compatibility analysis.
- Plan and execute ILS / R&M program test and evaluation activities.
- Collect, compile, analyze, and apply logistics, maintenance, acquisition, and financial data.
- Develop, modify, and validate documentation for automated logistics or maintenance data-reporting systems and management information systems (MIS).
- Direct the integrated logistics process; develop support policies and procedures; provide implementation guidance.
- Prepare and implement directives to ensure effective logistics support across the assigned program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience as a logistician supporting supply programs or projects with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
- Demonstrated experience with ILS, R&M, or weapon-systems supportability analysis.
- Proficiency with automated logistics and maintenance data-reporting systems, MIS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Active or ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active progress toward Professional Logistics Certification (e.g., SOLE CPL, DAU ILS).
- Experience with DoD life-cycle cost analysis tools.
- Experience with PMS-level support inside NAVSEA program offices.
