Job summary

iQuasar LLC is seeking a Program Integration Liaison at Washington Navy Yard, DC, to act as the central integrator across NUWC, PMS 425, and SSP SLCM-N program offices. The role involves daily project management and technical coordination for design development and R&D planning of future submarines.

The candidate should have 8+ years' experience with Navy programs, a DoD SECRET clearance, and strong communication skills to support leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET level or higher required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting weapons system integration across Navy programs.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating activities across multi-organization Navy programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management support for future attack submarines design & R&D planning.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact between NUWC Code 25, PMS 425, and SLCM-N program offices.
• Generate strategic programmatic documentation, schedules, and plans for leadership and IPTs.
• Coordinate meetings, briefs, and technical exchanges across government and industry partners.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable program communications.
