Job summary

RealmOne is seeking an experienced Configuration Management Specialist 2 to support a mission-critical cybersecurity contract. You will lead CM efforts, maintain documentation, and ensure change control across hardware, software, and procedures while coordinating boards and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10 years of professional experience in configuration management.
Active Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

Manage configuration issues across hardware inventory, documentation, product releases, and software CM.
Develop, review, and maintain CM documentation (CM Plans, baseline reports).
Track Engineering Change Requests, deviations, and waivers through approval and implementation.
Maintain accurate and secure configuration data in CM databases.
Coordinate and document Configuration Control Boards and Technical Review Boards.
Conduct configuration audits and ensure compliance.
Provide CM metrics, audit results, and change-tracking reports to government leadership.
