You will leverage advanced computational techniques and large biological datasets to uncover insights into biological systems and potential therapeutic targets. The ideal candidate holds a PhD and has strong Python or R skills, ML and network analysis

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field (Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, CS, Statistics).
• Proven experience analyzing complex biological datasets with computational methods.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R and relevant libraries/tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large-scale biological datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics).
• Develop computational models to understand pathways and regulatory networks.
• Collaborate with experimental biologists and clinicians to define research questions and designs.
• Maintain bioinformatics pipelines for data processing and QC.
• Contribute to new computational tools and methodologies for research.
• Communicate findings via presentations, reports, and publications.
