Job summary

MVB Financial Corp. seeks a Compliance Director for Testing & Monitoring to oversee consumer regulatory testing within banking processes, including core retail and FinTech partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or commensurate work experience.
• 8+ years in consumer compliance, audit or regulatory exam support.
• Experience overseeing and performing compliance monitoring and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of compliance testing and monitoring professionals.
• Review testing results and communicate risk to management.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal and business stakeholders on control enhancements.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory expectations.
• Manage testing process logistics including budgeting and scheduling.
