SRS Acquiom Inc. is seeking a Compliance Specialist for our Contract Administration team. The role focuses on reviewing contractual obligations under definitive agreements related to distributions of transaction consideration and funds.

You will coordinate with multiple internal departments to ensure timely distributions and maintain accuracy. The ideal candidate has strong detail orientation, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proven track record in financial services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in financial services.
• Ability to analyze and interpret contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor an ongoing portfolio of post-closing releases.
• Review transactional agreements to extract relevant legal information for distributions.
• Perform thorough analysis to understand post-closing contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with Operations to create accurate distribution waterfalls and timely funds release.
• Prepare post‑closing release materials and update materials with Compliance Analyst Team.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
