Job summary

SRS Acquiom is seeking a Compliance Specialist for the Contract Administration team. The role focuses on reviewing and analyzing contractual obligations under definitive agreements to support the distribution of transaction consideration and funds.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely distributions and maintain high accuracy while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid Denver or fully remote options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial services.
• Ability to analyze and interpret contracts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of post-closing releases.
• Review transactional agreements to extract relevant information for distributions.
• Analyze post-closing obligations and ensure timely fund distributions.
• Coordinate with Operations to create accurate distribution waterfalls.
• Prepare post-closing release materials and update materials with Compliance Team.
• Communicate with internal departments and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and timeliness of results.
• Support special projects and deliver trainings as requested.
