Job summary

Cadence Solutions is seeking a Compliance Analyst, Policy & Corporate Compliance to own policy governance, review risk and drive corrective actions across care delivery operations. You’ll partner with the Chief Compliance Officer and business teams to keep documentation audit-ready and ensure consistent requirements for clinicians and AI workflows.

You will lead reviews, maintain documentation, improve SOPs, oversee incident handling, and drive timely resolution of risks while building practical

Qualifications

• 4+ years in compliance, healthcare, audit, risk, program management or legal.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industry preferred.
• Ability to turn recurring requirements into clear processes, checklists or guidance.
• Excellent written communication to explain requirements, findings and decisions.
• Experience applying data/workflow automation to compliance tasks.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools for structured workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance reviews with business leads; identify risks and escalate high‑risk issues.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation for reviews, decisions, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with policy owners to develop, implement and improve SOPs and processes.
• Oversee incident/complaint reviews, identify trends and gaps for improvement.
• Manage assigned compliance risks, ensure reviews are complete and documented.
• Create templates and guidance to improve consistency and follow‑through.
