Job summary

The Orthopaedic Institute is seeking a remote Compliance Manager to support the Orthopedic Care Partners (OCP) Compliance Program and the Chief Compliance Officer. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare compliance, auditing, regulatory risk, or related area.
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and effective programs.
• Experience with policy management, auditing, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-coding compliance audits and monitoring per annual plan.
• Develop audit scopes, evaluate findings, report write-ups, and follow-up actions.
• Identify trends, control weaknesses, and escalate significant risks to CCO.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and related education resources.
• Administer Healthicity CMS and support metrics, reporting, and governance.
• Coordinate compliance projects, timelines, and track Work Plan activities.
• Conduct regulatory research and assist with risk assessments and changes.
• Collaborate with departments on corrective actions and initiatives.
