Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in compliance of Affordable Housing.
• Strong knowledge of the IRS 8823 Guide and HUD Manual 4350.3.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial and annual recertifications for residents.
• Review household certifications to ensure compliance.
• Train personnel on preparing income certifications.
