Soda Data Inc. is seeking a part-time, remote Compliance Lead to push automation of our SOC 2 and related controls while ensuring audit readiness.

You will own and improve our compliant posture, automate evidence gathering, and streamline responses to enterprise security questionnaires. The role focuses on building scalable automation, scripting, and AI-assisted workflows that keep up with a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security compliance / GRC, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on with a SOC 2 Type II cycle and external auditor interactions
• Experience with compliance automation platforms (Drata, Vanta, or Secureframe)

Responsibilities

• Automate and streamline Soda's compliance program to reduce manual work
• Maintain SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 cycles with external auditors
• Respond to enterprise security questionnaires and support security reviews
• Build AI-assisted workflows and integration scripts
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to keep speed and compliance in balance
