Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in compliance, issue management, audit, risk within banking or financial services.
• Experience managing lifecycle of compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory issues.
• Experience maintaining issue records or inventories within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute second-line compliance issue management across the lifecycle.
• Maintain issue inventory and documentation for accuracy.
• Review remediation plans, milestones, and evidence per requirements.
• Monitor issue progress and escalate significant concerns or delays.
• Support validation and closure activities by reviewing remediation evidence.
• Identify recurring issue themes to support program oversight.
