Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Compliance Data and Reporting Analyst to develop, implement and deliver dashboards and reports that identify, monitor and report consumer compliance risk.

The role partners with ERM, business lines, internal audit and technology to support CMS and regulatory compliance programs. The position emphasizes data integrity, governance and data-driven insights to support CRA, UDAAP, fair lending and regulatory change management, with extensive use of PowerBI/Tableau and

Qualifications

• 5+ years data analysis, report development and familiarity with banking systems (Required).
• Strong experience with PowerBI, Tableau or similar BI tools (Required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; data analytics, data science, or computer science preferred (Required/Preferred).
• CRCM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, compile and transfer data for Compliance programs.
• Develop and analyze KRIs, KPIs and compliance metrics across products and services.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for compliance monitoring and testing.
• Validate data populations and conduct trend analysis and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and governance.
