Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Data and Reporting Compliance Analyst to support the Consumer Compliance Department by building reports, dashboards and analytics to monitor regulatory and risk activities.

The role collaborates with Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit and Technology to deliver validated data outputs and governance for CMS and CRA processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of data analysis and reporting experience in banking, with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL and

Qualifications

5+ years data analysis, report development and familiarity with banking-related systems/databases.
CRCM or related certification is preferred.
Knowledge of compliance domains (CRA, fair lending, UDAAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Source, compile and transform data for compliance programs and dashboards.
Develop and analyze KRIs, KPIs and compliance metrics across products and channels.
Create and maintain consumer compliance dashboards for CMS, risk monitoring and testing.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and proper validation.
