Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a data analytics professional to support Consumer Compliance through reporting, dashboards, and risk analysis. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for CMS, CRA, and UDAAP programs in a remote, regionally focused role.

The role requires 5+ years in data analysis and strong BI tool expertise (Power BI/Tableau). Travel to Lancaster, PA HQ as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics or computer science.
• 5+ years data analysis, report development in banking/compliance context.
• Strong experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Source, compile, transform, and transfer data for compliance reporting.
• Develop and maintain KRIs, KPIs, and compliance dashboards.
• Analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Create and validate data outputs for CMS and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with IT and risk teams on data structures and issues.
