Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Consumer Compliance Department by developing reports, dashboards and risk metrics. The role collaborates with risk management, IT and business lines to ensure data integrity and governance for CMS and regulatory reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analysis, strong Power BI/Tableau experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Remote role open to Mid-Atlantic region with occasional travel to Lancaster, PA headquarters as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years data analysis experience
• Experience with banking systems/data management
• Strong BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Source, compile, convert, organize data from various sources for Compliance Management programs.
• Develop, maintain and analyze KRIs and KPIs for consumer compliance risk across products and channels.
• Create dashboards and reporting for Compliance Monitoring, Testing, CRA and UDAAP.
• Validate data populations, exception reporting, trend analysis for risk assessment functions.
• Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure data access and quality.
