Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a data analytics specialist to support the Consumer Compliance Department. The role centers on developing reports, dashboards and metric-level analysis to identify, monitor and report consumer compliance risk.

Collaboration with ERM, business lines, Internal Audit, and IT is essential for governance and testing. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights, contribute to regulatory change management, and help strengthen CMS effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, data science, computer science (Preferred).
• 5+ years data analysis, report development and banking/compliance data experience (Required).
• Strong experience with PowerBI/Tableau or similar BI tools (Required).
• CRCM or related certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Source and prepare data from multiple sources for compliance reporting and dashboards.
• Develop KRIs, KPIs and compliance metrics to monitor consumer risk.
• Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Create and validate dashboards and reports for Compliance Monitoring and Testing.
