Job summary

Torrero Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our Compliance team. You will coordinate information across departments, log data into regulatory systems, and support drafting compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in handling regulatory or compliance documentation.
• Experience with complex regulatory platforms or case management systems.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements within regulated markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across departments.
• Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Compliance department.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organisation, both verbally and in writing.
• Handle escalated or sensitive queries with discretion and appropriate responses.
• Assist in preparation of regular reports and presentations on compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document registers.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas.
