Job summary

White Hat Gaming, a remote-first iGaming platform, is expanding its Licensing team. The Licensing Officer will support licence applications, renewals, and due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work closely with senior counsel, maintain meticulous records, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet all regulatory requirements. The role is fully remote with international scope, offering flexible hours, discretionary bonus potential, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a licensing function or supporting licence applications in the iGaming industry.
• A good understanding of corporate due diligence requirements and processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively and meet competing deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and positive approach.
• Solutions-focused, adaptable and eager to learn.
• A collaborative team player who is willing to contribute across multiple workstreams.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Jira and AI tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing assistance to the Senior Legal Counsel and Licensing team on licence applications, renewals and related matters.
• Respond to inbound due diligence requests and outbound inquiries as required.
• Assist in collating monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reports.
• Keep records of licence applications and existing licences in central spreadsheets and registers.
• Review licensing mailbox daily and chase responses to ensure timely task completion.
• Liaise with internal applicants and external lawyers to meet licensing requirements.
• Submit regulatory notifications and maintain records of notifiable events.
• Access application portals to support licence applications and renewals.
