Jobgether is hiring a senior GRC professional to lead enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. You will drive remediation for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other audits while strengthening control environments.

You will develop metrics, KRIs, and dashboards for executives and board stakeholders, enabling proactive risk management and improved transparency across the organization.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in GRC, audit, or compliance engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and enterprise audit processes.
• Proficiency with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Archer, or AuditBoard.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Drive audit remediation for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other frameworks within deadlines.
• Develop governance metrics, KRIs, and reporting dashboards for executives and board-level stakeholders.

• Lead enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Strengthen control environments and improve transparency around organizational risk.
• Move compliance practices from reactive remediation toward proactive risk management.

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive SOC 2, TISAX, and DORA audit remediation initiatives, ensuring findings are addressed within deadlines.
• Manage enterprise risk assessment and treatment processes, including risk registers and risk acceptance reviews.
• Develop governance metrics, KRIs, and reporting dashboards for customers, executives, and board-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in GRC, audit, or compliance engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and enterprise audit processes.
• Proficiency with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Archer, or AuditBoard.
