Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in legal, financial services, or regulated settings is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket queue, triage requests, assign and track to due dates.
• Prepare and submit client reports on schedule and in required formats.
• Maintain GRC records, documents, and audit-ready evidence.
• Support data cleanup projects and documentation efforts.
• Identify bottlenecks and trends to flag issues early.
