Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to manage a historic caseload of Fire Risk Assessments and support property compliance across the portfolio. You will work with Property Managers, contractors, residents, clients and internal teams to arrange appointments, obtain evidence, and progress remedial actions to closure.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with experience coordinating compliance activities in residential property environments.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to coordinating compliance activities.
• Experience coordinating compliance in a residential property environment is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and property/compliance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio-wide compliance trackers, schedules and records with due dates, actions and evidence.
• Arrange FRAs, gas servicing appointments and inspections, coordinating access with managers, contractors and residents.
• Raise works orders for remedial actions from FRAs, gas servicing, PCFRAs, PEEPs and other checks.
• Track remedial actions from instruction to completion; obtain evidence and escalate overdue/high-risk items.
• Provide timely reminders, exception reports and status updates to Property Managers.
• Liaise with residents, contractors, clients and colleagues; provide clear updates and support appointment completion.
• Support compliance data returns, client KPI reporting and internal audits; identify gaps and follow up actions.
• Coordinate inspections, servicing, appointments, contractors and resident access.
• Monitor works orders, chase updates and escalate overdue actions; manage competing deadlines and prioritise high-risk requirements.
• Communicate clearly with Property Managers, residents, contractors and clients.
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, shared mailboxes and compliance systems.
