Job summary

Housing Group seeks an experienced Fire Actions Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our fire safety compliance programme, ensuring the safety of residents, customers and colleagues.

You will oversee Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Inspections, drive improvements, and provide expert fire safety guidance across our housing portfolio, working with the Fire Safety Manager and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fire safety within residential buildings.
• Experience procuring and managing fire safety contracts.
• Strong understanding of fire safety legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of fire risk assessments and fire door inspections.
• Oversee remedial action plans and ensure compliance standards.
• Provide expert fire safety advice and monitor performance metrics.
• Promote a positive fire safety culture and build stakeholder relationships.
