Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to perform and oversee a wide range of administrative and program support activities within the Compliance Department.

The role involves administering ticketing systems, credentialing third-party vendors, and producing reports and data analytics. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years in administrative, compliance, credentialing, human services quality assurance, or related experience is required.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information is required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer ticketing and compliance solution systems.
• Assist with credentialing of third-party vendors and clinical consultants.
• Develop reports and data analytics as needed.
• Produce minutes and coordinate meetings for the Integrity Compliance Committee, sub committees, and advisory/human rights boards as required.
• Assist with auditing and quality improvement activities across Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.
