Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in nonprofit compliance or auditing preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work remotely and travel ~20%.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance reviews to assess chapter adherence to policies and requirements.
• Analyze audit findings and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Communicate audit outcomes clearly and provide follow-up support to chapters.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with chapter representatives and senior leadership.
• Monitor corrective actions and support risk management initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain audit documentation.
• Support additional compliance projects as needed.
