Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a 12-month contract in Plano, Texas. The role focuses on documenting policies, procedures, and controls, while conducting compliance testing and supporting regulatory examinations.

Qualifications

• Finance and banking regulations knowledge.
• Ability to draft formal documentation and interpret regulatory language.
• Strong written communication and detail orientation.
• Experience in documenting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and SMEs to ensure policies and procedures reflect required information and are well-documented.
• Translate business processes into clear, logical documentation and workflows.
• Create user guides and procedures from multiple sources including regulatory guidance and SME input.
• Prepare materials for Chief Compliance Officer to submit to Enterprise Risk Committee and Board.
• Maintain updated online document library and communicate changes to employees.
• Support other bank-related projects as needed.
• Conduct compliance testing and prepare reports for publishing by the Chief Compliance Officer.
• Support regulatory examinations and compliance training.
• Perform risk assessments and testing related to compliance.
