Responsibilities

• Partner with Department Managers and SMEs to ensure policies and procedures reflect required information.
• Translate business processes into accurate, concise documentation with logical flow.
• Create operational user guides from regulatory guidance and SME inputs as needed.
• Prepare materials for review by the Chief Compliance Officer and committees.
• Post updates to the online document library and communicate changes to employees.
• Support compliance testing, regulatory examinations, and training.
