Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in insurance regulation or filings is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete state filing certifications and letters.
• Analyze insurance laws and regulations to guide clients.
• Draft insurance contracts and form revisions to comply with state laws.
• Prepare objection responses for consultant review.
• Lead or participate in research projects for clients.
• Assemble and submit filings to state departments.
• Monitor filings correspondence and maintain status records.
• Prepare and send approved filings to clients.
