Qualifications

• Degree strongly preferred; 5–7 years of professional office experience.
• Previous compliance experience is strongly preferred.
• Insurance experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates company expectations to internal and external customers relative to assigned areas.
• Meets statutory obligations within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Maintains relationships with state insurance departments and regulators.
• Designs processes to ensure compliance with regulations for the company and customers.
• Researches and analyzes requirements from new programs or regulatory changes.
• Assists with special or ad hoc projects as needed.
