Job summary

Facet is seeking a Compliance role to partner with marketing, product, and planning teams, ensuring ideas stay compliant while enabling growth. The role supports IAR registrations, reviews, and regulatory filings, and helps shape policies for the company’s flat-fee model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience with a Registered Investment Advisor.
• Desire to support a tech-first, flat-fee model and compliance expertise.
• Ability to provide balanced, compliant solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business units to support marketing campaigns, product development, and member capabilities.
• Act as a daily resource for compliant, clear messaging to the intended audience.
• Support day-to-day responsibilities including IAR registrations, communication reviews, OBA’s, and regulatory filings (ADV’s).
• Proactively build policies and procedures for rapid growth and subscription metrics.
• Serve as a key contact for member issues to protect the 16,000+ member base.
