Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Trial experience required.
• Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction in good standing.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation and federal courts.
• Ability to manage significant portions of a case independently (motions, discovery, depositions).
• Strong writing, communication, and issue spotting skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft dispositive motions and manage discovery.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses.
• Support trial, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Collaborate with a national team on sophisticated disputes across industries.
• Provide timely updates and practical recommendations to clients.
