Job summary

A dynamic litigation firm is seeking a Complex Civil Litigation Associate with at least 1 year of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. and a California license. Responsibilities include developing case strategies, drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and collaborating with defense teams. This is a fully remote position with a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $210,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant litigation experience in a private practice setting.
• Background in mass torts, toxic tort, product liability, class actions, environmental, or commercial litigation is ideal.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and litigation arguments with minimal supervision.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct and defend witness depositions, including experts and corporate reps.
