• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish hotel pricing levels in all segments.
• Manage daily room inventory and pricing process.
• Monitor competitor rates and local market demand.
• Communicate occupancy fluctuations to operations to optimize staffing.
• Forecast weekly, monthly and yearly revenue.”
• Oversee software programs for revenue management (CRS, RMS, PMS).
• Prepare annual Rooms revenue budget and present to ownership.
