Job summary

Spottswood Companies, Inc. in Key West, FL is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to drive pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization for a luxury resort portfolio.

You will collaborate with General Manager, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ownership and Operations to maximize RevPAR, occupancy, ADR, and profitability while leading the Revenue Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive revenue management experience.
• Luxury resort brand experience in the Florida Keys preferred.
• Experience managing multi-segment revenue streams and commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies.
• Manage pricing, inventory, restrictions, and segmentation.
• Conduct Daily Business Review with Sales team and Weekly Strategy meeting with Sales and Operations team.
• Provide 30-60-90 window Transient and Group revenue, occupancy and segmentation updates on a weekly basis.
• Approve transient and group room rates.
• Optimize transient, corporate, group, wholesale, and online distribution business.
• Event and dining space revenue optimization.
• Produce forecasts and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Lead and develop the Revenue Management team.

Position Summary
