Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital seeks a results-driven Competitive Intelligence & Market Research Consultant for a 3-month contract. You will conduct secondary market research, analyze competitor strategies, and synthesize deal data into battlecards, playbooks, and kill sheets to enable the sales team.

Remote position (EST hours preferred) with a 40-hour workweek; compensation ranges from $30 to $37 per hour. Strong candidates have 5–7 years of CI, market research, financial analysis, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, financial analysis, or strategic sales enablement (B2B technology or enterprise services preferred).
• Mastery of secondary research methodologies, market framework analysis, and qualitative/quantitative data synthesis.
• Proven track record of creating sales-ready competitive materials (battlecards, playbooks, competitive win/loss summaries).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough secondary research and analyze first-party deal data to evaluate competitive strategies, market positions, and metrics.
• Develop, update, and maintain competitive assets such as battlecards, sales playbooks, and kill sheets for sales teams.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor launches, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies to influence positioning.
• Execute secondary research methodologies and support primary qualitative/quantitative research as needed.
• Translate complex competitive data into concise financial analysis and executive summaries.
