Job summary

Quilter is seeking a remotely based Supervision professional at Level 4 Diploma level to oversee competency assessments for advisers and appointed representatives. The role emphasizes enforcing oversight contracts, delivering risk assessments, and coaching on compliance to ensure customer outcomes.

You will review advisers, provide feedback, escalate risks, and communicate with senior management while working independently and using standard Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma or higher is required.
• Experience in financial services, preferably supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, judgment, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead competency assessments remotely and provide coaching.
• Explain and enforce oversight requirements for Appointed Representatives.
• Deliver risk assessment regimes and maintain competence through action plans.
• Conduct Adviser Reviews with reports, feedback and escalation as needed.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on issues identified.
