Eide Bailly LLP is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead the firm’s compensation programs, ensure market competitiveness, equity, and compliance. You will drive strategy, benchmarking, pay structure development, and annual cycles while advising firm leaders, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition.

You will manage compensation governance, ranges, and guidelines across locations, partnering with HRIS, Finance, and Payroll to implement changes and drive data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation or related hr experience required.
• Experience leading compensation processes, projects, or staff.
• Certification such as CPP/PHR/SHRM-CP is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, salary structures, and job evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of wage/hour laws and pay equity requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into insights.
• Strong consultation and communication skills with leaders and partners.
• Discretion handling confidential data and building cross-functional relationships.
• Proficiency with Excel and compensation/HRI data systems.
