Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking compassionate, patient Customer Service Representatives to support policyholders on a remote basis. You will handle life, cancer, and other insurance questions with empathy, document interactions, and navigate sensitive claims while maintaining confidentiality.

The role offers a full-time schedule with standard business hours (M-F, 8:00am–5:00pm MST) and paid training. Starting pay is $14/hour with a $1 night/weekend differential, and benefits eligibility after 60
